How it works
- Choose Guess the word on the home screen, set up 2 to 6 teams and pick the word packs.
- Each turn, one player gets their teammates to guess before the timer runs out: Got it scores a point, Skip puts the card back at the bottom of the pile.
- Once the pile is empty, the next round uses the same cards: describe, then one word, then act it out.
What you can do
- 2 to 6 teams: type in names and Ludix splits them into random teams, or just play with team names.
- Turns of 30, 45, 60 or 90 seconds, or any length from 10 seconds to 10 minutes.
- Games of 20, 30, 40 or 60 cards, drawn from the packs you pick.
- Seven free packs (home, animals, jobs, food, places, sports, characters); the premium Expert pack is part of Ludix PRO.
- Your own words, added one by one or separated by commas, mixed into the pile.
- Scores per round and a final ranking to share as an image; an interrupted game pauses and picks up where it left off.

Frequently asked questions
How many players do I need?
At least two teams, with two players per team so one can give clues while the other guesses: 4 players or more. Up to 6 teams.
Does everyone need a phone?
No: one phone is enough, passed around each turn. Players on the other teams don’t look at the screen.
How do the three rounds work?
Round 1: describe freely, without saying the words on the card. Round 2: a single word. Round 3: charades and sound effects, no talking. The cards stay the same every round, as in games like Time’s Up, so the words get easier to remember.
Is it suitable for kids?
The free packs are everyday words: things around the house, animals, jobs, food. For younger players, pick the packs they know best, add your own words and make the turns longer.
